Does Campus360 send SMS or WhatsApp messages?
No. Announcements are delivered in-portal. There is no SMS or WhatsApp gateway in the product, and we will not describe one that does not exist.
Can faculty publish announcements?
Publishing sits with the college admin and principal. Faculty read them.
Can parents receive announcements?
Yes — the parent role has its own portal and can be targeted as an audience.
