Feature
One portal where faculty do the work, instead of five places where they report it
Ask faculty what they dislike about college software and the answer is rarely a missing feature. It is that the same information has to be entered in several places for several audiences — one register for attendance, one sheet for internal marks, one file for the HOD, one more for the accreditation cycle.
The faculty portal exists to be the one place the work happens. Everything downstream — the HOD's view, the principal's dashboard, the parent's portal, the risk snapshot — derives from that entry rather than requiring another one.
What you get
Scoped to what they actually teach
Subjects and sections a faculty member is assigned to, not the whole college with permissions layered on top.
Attendance and marks in one flow
Both entered where the teaching happens, with everything downstream derived from that entry.
Evaluation with AI assistance
An AI first pass on evaluation that the faculty member reviews and owns.
Their own profile and credentials
Contact details, avatar and password managed by the faculty member, with an admin-side reset path when it is needed.
How it works
- 1
Sections are assigned
The college admin or HOD assigns subjects and sections to faculty.
- 2
Faculty work in one place
Attendance, marks, lectures and evaluation from the same portal.
- 3
Everything downstream derives from it
HOD, principal, student and parent views all read the same record.
Questions we get asked
Is the HOD a separate role?
Yes — HOD and Principal are distinct roles with department-wide and college-wide scope respectively, on top of the faculty capabilities.
Can a faculty member reset their own password?
Yes, and a college admin can also issue a reset from the Users page when someone is locked out.
Does it handle faculty payroll or HR?
No. Campus360 does not include payroll or HR management, and does not claim to.
