Placement management with the whole pipeline in one place

The placement cell is usually the most spreadsheet-dependent office on campus. Company details in one file, eligibility filters in another, a WhatsApp group for announcements, and a final placement report assembled by hand in April from all three. The cost is not just the effort — it is that nobody can answer a simple question like "which eligible students have not applied to anything yet" while there is still time to act on it.

Campus360 models the drive as a pipeline rather than a set of documents. Companies, eligibility, applications and outcomes live in one place, and the placement officer's portal is scoped to exactly that — placement data, not the full student record.

What you get

Drives, eligibility and applications together

A drive carries its own eligibility criteria, and student applications are recorded against it rather than collected over messaging.

Gaps are visible while they are still fixable

Eligible-but-not-applied is a query, not an April post-mortem.

Placement officers see placement data only

The role is scoped at the database level to placement information — it is not a full administrative account with a narrower menu.

Outcomes stay attached to the record

Offers are recorded against the drive and the student, so the annual placement summary derives from the data rather than being retyped.

How it works

  1. 1

    Add the drive

Company, role, package band and eligibility criteria are captured once.

  2. 2

    Students apply from their portal

Eligibility is checked against their own record instead of being manually verified per applicant.

  3. 3

    Outcomes close the loop

Offers are recorded against the drive, and the placement view reflects them immediately.

Questions we get asked

Can students see which drives they are eligible for?

Yes — eligibility is evaluated against their own academic record, so the student portal shows what is actually open to them rather than the full list.

Does it integrate with external job boards?

No. Drives are managed within Campus360 today. We would rather state that plainly than imply an integration that does not exist.

Who can see placement data?

The placement officer role, plus the principal and college admin. The scoping is enforced in the database, so a faculty account cannot read it even by guessing a URL.
