What we collect, and what we do with it

This page covers the campus360.co.in website. It is written to be read, not to be survived — if anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it in plain words.

Last updated 24 August 2026 · Campus360 is a product of Ayva Technologies, Hyderabad, Telangana, India

The most important thing on this page

If you are a student, parent or faculty member at a college that uses Campus360, the data inside the product — attendance, marks, placement records, wellbeing entries — belongs to your college, not to us. Your college decides what is collected and who can see it. We process it on their instructions, under our agreement with them, and their privacy notice governs it.

So if you want your records corrected or explained, your college is the right place to ask. They can ask us, and we will help them.

Everything below is about this website only: the demo and contact forms, and the analytics on these pages.

What we collect

What you type into the demo or contact form

Your name, email address and message, plus anything you choose to add: phone number, your institution, city, your role, and roughly how many students you have.

Why: So a person can read it and reply, and come to the call knowing something about your college.

How you arrived at the form

The page you submitted from, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign).

Why: So we know which channels bring genuine enquiries and can stop spending on the ones that do not.

Anonymous page analytics

The page path, the referring site, your country and whether you are on a phone, tablet or desktop. We do not store your IP address, we set no cookie for this, and there is no identifier — so these records cannot be traced back to you.

Why: To see which pages people actually read.

Account details, if you sign in

If your college has given you a Campus360 account, the details it provided when the account was created, plus a session cookie while you are signed in.

Why: To sign you in and show you the workspace for your role.

That is the complete list. We do not buy contact data, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not build profiles of visitors.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read. It sets two cookies — _ga and _ga_BLMCGT8CSH — which let it tell a returning visitor from a new one. We do not use them for advertising, remarketing or building a profile of you, and we do not share the data with advertisers.

If you would rather not be counted, any browser setting or extension that blocks analytics cookies will stop it, and nothing on this site will break as a result.

Beyond that: a single session cookie is set only when you sign in to the portal, to keep you signed in. We also use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure traffic and page-loading speed in aggregate and set no cookies at all.

Who else sees it, and where it lives

Nobody buys it, and we do not sell or rent it. It reaches three kinds of company, all working for us under contract: our hosting and database providers, our email provider, and our analytics providers. We would also disclose information if the law required it, and if we are permitted to tell you, we will.

Our database is hosted in Singapore (the ap-southeast-1 region). Your information therefore leaves India, which we would rather state plainly than bury. Traffic to and from it is encrypted, and access is limited to the staff who need it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries: while we are talking, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we have the context if you come back. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Anonymous page analytics: kept indefinitely, because there is nothing in those records to identify anyone.

Data inside the product: for as long as your college's agreement with us runs, and then as that agreement sets out.

Your choices

For anything you sent us through this website, whatever the law where you live, this is what we will do if you ask:

  • Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
  • Ask us to delete it. If you have no account and no open conversation with us, we will simply delete it.
  • Ask us to stop contacting you, which we will do without asking why.

Email info@ayva.co.in and say what you want. We aim to reply within 7 working days, and we will not ask you to fill in a form to exercise a right. For records held inside Campus360 by your college, ask your college first — see the top of this page.

Children and students

This website is aimed at colleges — at staff acting for an institution. We do not knowingly collect information about students through this site. Student data inside Campus360 is handled under the agreement with the college that operates it, as set out at the top of this page.

Changes, and who to contact

When we change what we collect, we update this page in the same change and the date at the top moves. If you need a previous version for a procurement file, ask and we will send it.
