About

Campus software built by people who had to make it work

Campus360 is a product of Ayva Technologies. It exists because the gap between what campus software promises and what a department actually experiences in October is enormous, and we thought that gap was worth closing rather than marketing around.

Most campus platforms are built outward from the administrator's dashboard, because that is who signs the cheque. The predictable result is a product that produces excellent reports about data nobody is reliably entering. We started from the other end — the faculty member with ninety seconds between periods — on the view that a dashboard built on data nobody enters is a very expensive way to display nothing.

That principle shows up in specific decisions. Attendance is marked once, at the source, and everything downstream derives from it rather than requiring a second entry. Roles are scoped in the database, so a placement officer cannot read counselling records even by typing a URL. Risk detection routes to a human before it reaches a student. None of these are the sort of thing that photographs well in a brochure, and all of them are the reason a deployment is still being used in year three.

How we work

We say what the product does not do

Every feature page on this site carries an explicit list of what that module does not include. It costs us some deals early and saves both sides an expensive discovery three months after a purchase order.

No invented social proof

No customer counts we cannot evidence, no testimonials nobody said, no logos we do not have permission to display. If you see a number on this site, we can show you where it comes from.

Isolation enforced by the database

One college's data is kept out of another's by the database itself rather than by every query being written correctly. The first fails safe; the second fails the day somebody forgets.

AI that a human reviews

Risk snapshots are reviewed and published by a HOD or principal, never shown raw to the student. AI-assisted evaluation is a first pass a faculty member owns. We are not comfortable with software that quietly makes decisions about students.

The company

Campus360 is built and operated by Ayva Technologies, which is also the legal and billing entity on every invoice. Ayva builds AI platform software for education and hiring; Campus360 is its higher-education product, alongside SkoolBook for K-12 schools and HireOrbyt for hiring.
