Pricing

Priced per student, per year — by what you actually switch on

We quote rather than publish a price list, because the honest figure depends on your student count, your modules and how much implementation help you need. Here is exactly how the model works, so you can compare before you talk to anyone.

Three costs, quoted separately

Campus software is usually sold as one number, which makes it very hard to tell whether you are paying for the software or for the effort of getting it in. We separate them because you should be able to see both.

Licence

Per enrolled student, per academic year, varying with the modules you enable.

Implementation

One-time. Structure setup, data import, account creation and training for the staff who use it daily.

Annual maintenance

Ongoing support, updates and the help you need at the start of each academic year.

Pricing questions, answered plainly

How is Campus360 priced?

Per student per year, varying with which modules you enable. Implementation and annual maintenance are quoted separately so you can see what each part costs rather than being given one blended number.

Why are the figures not published on this page?

Because the honest number depends on your student count, which modules you turn on and how much implementation help you need, and a single published figure would be wrong for almost everyone. Ask us and you get a written quote for your institution, usually within two working days.

What does implementation include?

Setting up your departments, programmes, curriculum and sections, importing your existing student data, creating accounts for your roles, and training sessions for the staff who will use it daily. It is quoted as a one-time cost, separately from the licence.

Which students are counted?

Enrolled students in the academic year, not applicants and not alumni. We put the definition in writing in the quote, because that is exactly the detail that causes renewal disputes when it is left vague.

Can we start with some modules and add more later?

Yes. Modules are entitlements that can be enabled per college at any time, including mid-year, and a module can be trialled before you commit to it.

Do you charge separately for AI usage?

AI usage is included within the module. If you would rather control it yourself, a college can bring its own Anthropic, Gemini or OpenAI key — in which case that spend is yours directly and is visible to you per college.

Is there a minimum contract length?

Licensing runs by academic year, which is the unit colleges actually budget in. Terms are set out in the quote.
