Terms of Service

The terms your institution and its users agree to

Written to be read. If a clause is unclear, email us and we will explain what it means in practice rather than restating it.

Last updated 25 August 2026 · Campus360 is operated by Ayva Technologies, a partnership firm registered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India

These Terms govern use of Campus360. Your institution agrees to them when it licenses the platform; you agree to them when you use an account your institution has given you.

1. The service

Campus360 is a campus management platform for higher-education institutions. Depending on the modules your institution has enabled, it covers attendance, curriculum and sections, examinations and AI-assisted evaluation, placements, predictive academic risk, an AI tutor, faculty video lectures, wellbeing support and campus announcements.

Modules are enabled per institution. Nothing in these Terms entitles you to a module your institution has not licensed.

2. Who the customer is, and who owns the data

Our contract is with the institution — the college that licenses Campus360. If you are a student, parent, faculty member or member of staff, you use Campus360 because your institution gave you access, and your institution decides what data is held about you and who can see it.

Data entered into Campus360 belongs to the institution. We process it on the institution's instructions, for the purpose of providing the service, and we do not use it to train models for other customers or sell it to anyone. Requests to access, correct or delete records inside the product should go to your institution, which can ask us.

This clause is the one that matters most. It is stated the same way in our Privacy notice.

3. Accounts

Accounts are created by the institution. You must keep your credentials confidential and are responsible for activity under your account. Tell your institution immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

Access is scoped to your role. Attempting to reach data outside your role — including by editing URLs — is a breach of these Terms.

4. Fees and term

Licensing runs by academic year and is priced per enrolled student, varying with the modules enabled. Implementation and annual maintenance are quoted separately. The figures, the definition of an enrolled student, and payment terms are set out in your institution's quote and agreement, not on this website.

Campus360 does not collect student fees. It has no payment gateway, and no money passes through the platform.

5. AI-generated content

Several features use AI: the tutor, exam preparation, AI-assisted evaluation, the portal assistant and the academic risk snapshots. Their output is guidance for a human to review, not a decision.

Risk snapshots are reviewed and published by a HOD or principal and are never shown raw to the student they describe. AI-assisted evaluation produces a first pass; the faculty member remains responsible for the mark. No AI output is a guarantee of academic outcome, placement or employment.

Where your institution supplies its own AI provider credentials, usage runs on that account and is attributable to the institution.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity; upload content you do not have the right to use; attempt to breach, probe or overload the platform; use automated means to access it outside documented APIs; resell access without our written consent; or use the platform to harass any person.

Faculty and staff additionally agree not to export student data outside the institution's own policies.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep Campus360 available and to give reasonable notice of planned maintenance. Any specific availability or response commitment is what is written in your institution's agreement — this website does not publish one, and no uptime figure stated anywhere on it forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, models and branding, belongs to Ayva Technologies or its licensors. Your institution retains ownership of the content it and its users upload, and grants us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount the institution paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Termination and what happens to the data

Either party may end the agreement as set out in it. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.

On termination, the institution may request an export of its data in a usable format. Retention and deletion after that follow the agreement — ask us and we will confirm the timeframe in writing.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to the institution. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
