Faculty upload study material and it becomes retrievable context for the tutor, so answers reference the course being taught rather than a generic treatment of the topic.
Your own AI keys, if you want them
A college can bring its own Anthropic, Gemini or OpenAI key. Usage and spend are then yours, attributable per college, and the key is stored encrypted rather than shared.
Usage is visible to the administration
Per-college AI usage is tracked and reportable, so the tutor is a line item you can see and control rather than an unbounded cost.
Available to every enrolled student
Not a per-seat add-on for a pilot cohort — the module is enabled for the college and every enrolled student in it can use it.

Can we use our own AI provider account?
Yes. Campus360 supports per-college AI credentials for Anthropic, Gemini and OpenAI. Keys are encrypted at rest and validated when you add them.
Does the tutor do the student's assignments for them?
It is a tutor, not an answer service, and it is scoped to explaining course material. It is not an academic-integrity control though — if you need proctoring, that is the examination module's job, not the tutor's.
What happens if we do not upload any material?
The tutor still answers, but from general knowledge rather than your syllabus. Uploaded material is what makes it specific to your course, so it is worth doing.
