Mock interviews every student can take, not just the shortlist

Mock interviews are the single highest-leverage thing a placement cell does and the thing it can least afford to scale. Running them properly means an experienced person sitting with one student for half an hour, which is why in practice they are rationed to the students already most likely to be placed.

Campus360 makes the practice itself unrationed. A student can take a mock interview on demand ahead of a drive and get structured feedback, so faculty time goes to the students who need a human conversation rather than to the first pass everyone needs.

What you get

Available on demand

A student prepares when they are actually preparing — the evening before the drive — not when a slot was available a fortnight earlier.

Structured feedback, not a score alone

Feedback is broken down so the student knows what to work on rather than being handed a number.

Sits next to the placement pipeline

Preparation and the drive live in the same system, so readiness is visible where the drive is being run.

Enabled per college

A module the Super Admin turns on for your institution, included from the GROWTH tier upward.

How it works

  1. 1

    Student starts a mock interview

From their own portal, ahead of a drive they are eligible for.

  2. 2

    The interview runs

Questions are asked and responses captured in a structured session.

  3. 3

    Feedback comes back

Broken down so it points at something specific to improve.

Questions we get asked

Does this replace faculty mock interviews?

No, and it should not. It removes the first-pass bottleneck so that faculty time goes to students who need a human conversation.

Is it the same engine HireOrbyt uses for hiring?

Both are Ayva Technologies products and share engineering lineage, but the Campus360 module is a preparation tool for students, not a hiring decision system, and no result from it is shared with an employer.

Which plan includes it?

GROWTH and above by default, and it can be enabled as an override on any plan.
